Berry Mask For Glowing Skin
Try out this homemade berry mask for more radiant, glowing and supple skin. Berries are one of the healthiest food that you can eat because of all the nutrients and they are delicious too.
Berries are very high in antioxidants which helps to control free radical activity in the skin which can lead to aging. The yogurt contains lactic acid which dissolves your dead skin which is a gentle form of exfoliation. The citric acid in lemon also has exfoliating properties to give you a more brighter and glowing complexion.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of mix berries
2 Table spoons of plain yogurt
1 Table spoon of lemon
Directions:
In a blender mix yogurt, mixed berries and lemon
Application:
Apply the mask to a clean, dry face. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes and rinse. Tone the skin directly after and apply your moisturiser.
Your skin will be so soft and glowing after this mask!!!
